Applications | Funding Cycle | 2008 Awards

Applications for the 2009 Rotarian Foundation Grants are no longer available. Applications for the 2010 Funding Cycle will be available in July of 2009.

The two Rotary Clubs of Livermore formed the Rotarian Foundation of Livermore for the purpose of making substantial charitable gifts to deserving projects within Livermore's sphere of influence. Although called a foundation, it is both a foundation and endowment, and, when appropriate, will make gifts as both.

The local Rotary clubs will continue to make gifts as they have in the past. The purpose of the Foundationis not to supplant the giving of the local clubs, but rather to provide an enduring, larger-scale alternative means of giving to the community. The Foundation will use annual beneficiary grants to support initiation, operation, and facilities for education, health, recreation, cultural, and career development projects. Funds will be available at the beginning of each calendar year.

Applications can be mailed or delivered in person to:

2117 Fourth Street
Livermore, CA 94550

We recommend that mailed appllications be sent certified/return receipt, so applicants will have proof of delivery.
